Team Manager - Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG)
Are you a strategic, people-focused leader with a passion for performance, quality and partnership working? We are seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the delivery of our In-custody Careers, Information, Advice and Guidance (CIAG) contract across the region. This is a pivotal role with responsibility for operational performance, team leadership and stakeholder engagement, ensuring high-quality outcomes for people in custody while representing Ingeus with commissioners and prison partners.
Leadership & Performance
1. Lead, manage and inspire CIAG Advisors and Peer Mentors to deliver high-quality services and exceed contractual KPIs.
2. Hold local operational and performance management responsibility for all front-line delivery roles.
3. Coach, develop and motivate staff through regular supervision, performance reviews and development planning.
4. Plan, forecast and manage resources to meet changing operational requirements, including timely recruitment.
5. Act as Senior Practitioner when required, delivering casework and interventions to provide resilience and flexibility.
