Description
* Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Support recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising roles, and coordinating interviews.
* Manage employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
* Support performance management processes and provide coaching to managers as needed.
* Handle employee relations matters, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
* Coordinate training and development programmes to build staff capabilities.
* Contribute to fostering an inclusive workplace culture aligned with organisational values.
Profile
* Previous experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector or related fields.
* Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
* Excellent organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and a focus on continuous improvement.
Job Offer
