What you will do -
* Lead all Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube) and retargeting initiatives to maximise ROI
* Own SEO strategy, optimising content to boost organic traffic and conversions
* Treat our website as the ultimate lead generation tool, improving user experience and conversion rates
* Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automated nurture journeys via CRM
* Analyse digital performance, providing insights and recommendations to guide strategy
* Collaborate with the Group Marketing Team and Regional Marketing Executives to deliver fully integrated campaigns
Who we are looking for -
* 3–4 years' experience in digital marketing, ideally in property, housing, or high-value purchase sectors
* Proven track record managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable ROI
* Hands-on experience with SEO, email marketing, automation workflows, and CRM systems
* Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
* Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
