Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business decision-making.
4. Preparation of management accounts
5. Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure financial accuracy and planning.
6. Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.
7. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
8. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights.
9. Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and audits.
10. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement financial efficiencies.
11. Support the implementation of new financial systems and processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
12. Studying ACCA, CIMA or a recognised Accounting qualification
13. Strong knowledge of financial reporting and analysis.
14. Excellent understanding of budgeting and forecasting processes.
15. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
16. Attention to detail and a high level of numeracy.
17. Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
