SEN Teaching Assistant
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Teaching Assistant to join an alternative provison in Nottingham to work on a long-term or short-term basis starting in January 2025.
You’ll be joining an inclusive/modern/supportive school, focused on highlight two of their school values, such as diversity, equality, etc.
This is an exciting role for a new or experienced educator to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll
Be Doing in the Role:
1. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
2. Delivering catch-up sessions
3. Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
4. Working with the class teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate
Essential Qualifications:
5. Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
6. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
7. Holds a Level 2/3 qualification (CACHE, Childcare, NNEB, Etc.) or relevant experience
8. Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
