You will assist with: Personal care and daily living activities Mobility and physical wellbeing Nutrition and hydration Dementia care and emotional wellbeing Nursing and palliative care support Companionship and meaningful engagement You'll also: Monitor residents' wellbeing and report concerns Complete care records and documentation Work closely with nurses and colleagues Help maintain a safe, calm and welcoming environment Senior Night Health Care Assistant The Senior Night HCA role is ideal for an experienced carer ready to take the next step in their career. Alongside providing excellent care, you will: Support and guide care staff during night shifts Assist with shift coordination and delegation Work closely with nurses to maintain high standards Help ensure the smooth and safe running of the home overnight Act as a positive role model for the wider team About You - We are looking for people who are: Caring and compassionate Reliable and trustworthy Positive and team-focused Excellent communicators Passionate about supporting older people Experience Previous care experience is desirable but not essential for Health Care Assistant roles Senior care experience is preferred for the Senior Night Health Care Assistant position Most importantly, we're looking for people who share our values and genuinely care about making a difference.
