In this role you will be responsible for machine installations, service and maintenance in the UK and Europe. You will be based in Glasgow and travel to European manufacturers sites no more than once per month for no longer than a week at a time. If not in the field with clients, you will be assisting with customer enquiries, advising technically as well as relaying direct feedback from the field to the production team to help find a resolution, fixing the root cause of the issue. You will receive full product and company training and work in a role that offers variety and hands-on experience. Training will include a period of working with the production team to give you a deep understanding of the products from scratch.

* Install, service, and repair equipment across the UK and Europe
* Handle technical queries via phone, email, and in person
* Work closely with production/service teams
* Some stays away, no more than one week abroad per month
* Mon-Thurs 08:00 - 16:00, Fri 08:00 - 13:00
