Role DescriptionEnsure material received is appropriate and cut to size. Refer any inaccuracies to the Team LeaderCreate or modify programmes to manufacture components to meet required specificationsManufacture the component to production deadlines using CNC or manual lathes, ensuring the machines are operated safely and that the appropriate checks have been carried outEnsure that the completed component is checked against the specification, is de-burred and engraved and blasted as requiredStore any new programmes correctly for future accessPass completed component and documentation to Team LeaderManufacture jigs and fixtures to aid the machining of componentsFollow the machine maintenance schedule in accordance with the operator's manualEnsure that machine oil levels are periodically checkedSkills and QualificationsWorked with CNC, manual lathesMust have over 1 year experience in a CNC/Toolmaker environmentExperienced in a workshop environmentCompany Information With a secure portfolio of clients these roles provide a stable and secure opportunity in the present economic market.
