ROLE PURPOSE As CDW UK &I continues to grow in scale and complexity, we require a Senior CPI Analyst who can support the business with its next phase of maturity and sophistication The role will develop and support the use of financial metrics, data and market intelligence to make better decisions, and ultimately drive profitable revenue growth. WHAT SUCCESS LOOK S LIKE Becoming a trusted adviser to sales and the wider business on all things commercial Tangible supporting the organisation to maximise its growth potential now and for many years to come Continue to establish a culture of utilising data to make profound and impactful decisions within the business Delivery of a cohesive sales experience from pipeline to deal commercials and delivery, overlaid with Forecasting, targeting based on market intelligence and attainment models. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Work hand-in-hand wit h Sales Leadership, Finance teams and senior business stakeholders to develop and support: Sales forecasting (short, medium and l ong term), pipeline management and targeting External market, vertical, competitor and portfolio data collection and analysis to support enhanced decision making. CDW segment / vertical and customer performance management analysis. CDW Product / service mix analysis linked to driving sales plans. Individual Account financial planning and strategies. Partner with functional and business heads to drive efficiency in sales and associated operations in support of building a sustainable and scalable business model; developing key performance metrics that contribute to improving the results of the business. Support effective cultural, business process and systems change programs, whilst supporting real time business activities. Be a key contributor to the development of the Sales function and Operational Team s KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Previous experience working in Finance /Operations in a technology / digital related organisation. Knowledge of commercial and sales operations in a large, fast paced company. Commercial acumen and a demonstrable ability to connect financial and non- financial metrics to business drivers and actions. Track record of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business, while meeting deadlines. Proven track record in problem analysis with the ability to creatively and proactively problem solve.
