Requirements:
We require a team leader to work at a 60,000 sq. ft warehouse environment in Ashby De-La Zouch
The role will be to handle/book in inbound products, dispatches of our finished gaming machines and our spare parts orders for customers/internal Engineers. The team leader will be responsible for 6 team members on a day-to-day basis, allocating tasks as required.
They operate both reach and counterbalance forklift trucks on site, so any experience with these would be an advantage.
Training will be provided, which will offer a good springboard into the role.
Responsibilities (As an Interim Warehouse Team Leader):
Leading and working with the warehouse team to ensure all Outbound orders are picked, packed and completed on time.
Dispatching and receipting items using our systems Thinventory, Microsoft Dynamics and DHL
Co-ordinating customer (RMA) returns, receiving in and arranging the delivery of repaired products back to customers.
Maintain accuracy of stock by completing Cyclic Stock counting
Maintain good housekeeping levels
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Be the point of call for the warehouse team
