About the Role
We seek an Agile Business Analyst to shape the future of our financial services platform. You will work closely with software developers, stakeholders, and third-party providers to define requirements, optimize user experiences, and ensure high-value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support product development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user stories, acceptance criteria, and refine backlog items.
* Facilitate agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and example mapping sessions.
* Identify and define non-functional requirements such as security, usability, and performance.
* Work with development teams (.Net stack) to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
* Support UAT and implementation activities for seamless product releases.
* Track and analyze key product metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.
* Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex needs into actionable solutions.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as an Agile Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Senior Business Analyst in software development.
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience in agile teams.
* Experience with complex software projects under tight deadlines, preferably with Microsoft .Net environments.
* Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools for backlog and requirements management.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
* Proactive, collaborative approach with problem-solving and analytical skills.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Background in financial services, fintech, or wealth/financial advisory platforms.
* Experience working with third-party software providers and integration projects.
* Knowledge of analytics tools like Pendo, Heap, or similar.
* Understanding of straight-through processing solutions.
