Location: Broughton - onsite requirement
Hours: 35 hours/week (4.5 days between 7am-7pm, flexible within business needs)
Pay: £19.23/hour PAYE or £25.73/hour Umbrella

🛠️ What You'll Be Doing
As an Operations Support Team Member, you'll play a vital role in supporting Airbus production teams at our Broughton site. You'll be the linchpin between operations, maintenance, and facilities-ensuring everything from tooling to chemicals is stocked, calibrated, and ready to go.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing cutting tool stock levels and overseeing regrind processes
Controlling consumables and chemical inventory
Ensuring calibrated tooling meets compliance standards
Acting as the key interface between calibration and operations
Raising purchase orders for tooling and maintenance needs
Providing lineside support to remove production blockers
Liaising with facilities and maintenance to meet SLAs and enable new requests
Supporting CAPEX, rate ramp-up, and facility improvement initiatives
Leading involvement scheme projects
Contributing to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) topics🤝 What We're Looking For
