4. Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
5. Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance department to ensure data accuracy.
7. Assist in generating payroll reports and summaries for internal use.
8. Support the team in implementing process improvements for payroll operations.
9. Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times.
