For the successful Health & Safety Manager our client is offering:
1. £40,000 - £50,000 p/annum DOE
2. 0800 - 1700 Monday to Friday
3. Permanent Role
4. Benefits: 25 plus bank holidays, BI-Annual Bonus, Statutory pension contributions 3 and 5%,
The role - Health & Safety Manager:
5. Develop, implement, and review health and safety policies and procedures in accordance with current regulations and legislation
6. Visit client site to oversee health and safety on site / during projects
7. Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety incidents, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence - RIDDOR
8. Carry out site audits to monitor and improve our site operations
9. Visit customer sites to actively carry out audits and overviews on health and safety during project work
What our client is looking for in an Health & Safety Manager:
10. Previous experience as a health and safety manager - ESSENTIAL
11. Qualified with NEBOSH - ESSENTIAL
12. Any certifications / qualifications for auditing - DESIREABLE
13. Exposure working in a construction, engineering or manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL
