Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and high-potential candidate to join our PS-SC and PM/SOE divisions as a Sales Management and Innovation Support Graduate.
In this role, you will support sales management activities, customer engagement processes, and innovation initiatives – including the development and piloting of PIB CARE.
You will have the following responsibilities:
Provide sales management support
* Support the end-to-end sales process for the divisions
* Prepare and coordinate customer quotations, NDAs, commercial documentation, and internal approvals.
* Create high-quality presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide innovative support for the PIB CARE project
* Support in the development and creation of projects
* Support with the implementation of the pilot and collect and assess feedback
Qualifications
* Have a degree in Business Management, Sales or an equivalent degree.
* Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
* Pro-active, self-starter with strong problem-solving ability
* Ability to think creatively and provide creative solutions to problems
* Valid driving licence
* Confident in use of MS office tools
* Some experience in software programming would be beneficial
Additional Information
This is a 24-month graduate program beginning in September 2026. This position is open to university graduates who have recently graduated from a university degree.
Location: you will be based at the Denham office.
