Salary: £35,000 - 35,000 per year Requirements: Experience working within an MSP or multi-customer IT environment A genuine interest in technology and improving service delivery Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Strong attention to detail with a focus on high-quality delivery Confident communication skills with a customer-first mindset Practical experience deploying Windows devices using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot Configuration of deployment profiles and device policies Knowledge of endpoint compliance and security settings User account setup and lifecycle management within Microsoft 365 Troubleshooting and administration of Active Directory (on-prem and Azure AD / Entra ID) Familiarity with Conditional Access and multi-factor authentication Background in service desk support or device rollout roles (around 3 years preferred) Experience supporting multiple tenants or customers concurrently Ability to create and maintain clear technical and operational documentation Comfortable working with standardized builds and SLA-driven processes Responsibilities: Support the delivery of end-user devices, accounts, and software Prepare and deploy Windows workstations for clients Configure user access and ensure new starter setups are accurate Manage device rollouts in alignment with agreed standards Work within a busy service desk function focusing on endpoint builds Support multiple customer environments with defined processes Maintain strong documentation and adhere to quality standards Communicate clearly and professionally with end users and clients Identify opportunities to streamline provisioning and deployment processes Technologies: Active Directory Azure Support Microsoft 365 Microsoft Intune Security Windows Office 365 Cloud DevOps Hardware More: We are a dynamic company specializing in IT services, committed to delivering high-quality support to a varied client base.
