This is an exciting career development opportunity to support and enhance the management and delivery of Knowledge Exchange (KE) at a leading research-intensive university. You will work closely with academics and experts in professional services to deliver excellent KE outcomes, and manage funding and reporting to funders. You will provide expert practitioner support to the short-, medium-, and long-term planning of KE to support the University in striving to deliver world-leading impacts.
Responsibilities
* Operational management of the University's KE planning, delivery, monitoring and reporting to funders.
* Provide advice and guidance on the appropriate and timely utilisation of KE funds to academic colleagues and professional services staff.
* Act as a central point of information for queries from academic and administrative staff.
* Maintain project plans, ensure objectives are communicated clearly, and milestones are met.
About You
The role will appeal to those who are passionate about KE and can thrive in a fast-moving environment with close attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes from funding. The postholder will have experience of KE planning and delivery, and be skilled in interpreting and communicating complex policy. They will also be proficient in using systems, processes, and data to deliver the University's KE objectives. Excellent communication skills, the ability to build professional relationships, and strong organisational ability to ensure projects meet their objectives on time are required.

About The Department
The department of Research & Impact Services supports the delivery of internationally leading research & impact at the University of Warwick, including support for research strategy, development, grants & contracts, ethics & governance, research culture, impact, REF, research systems & data, and programme management of institutional funds. R&IS also coordinates partnerships such as the Interdisciplinary Research Spotlights, The Alan Turing Institute (ATI), City of Culture (CoC), and Eutopia, and provides the secretariat function for nine formal University committees.
Hybrid working is adopted; candidates should expect to be on campus a minimum of three set days a week.
