1. Pay: £35,000 - £40,000 Basic + Bonus

Key duties of the Vehicle Technician include:
14. Conducting high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs to manufacturer standards
15. Performing inspections to assess vehicle condition and identify repairs needed

17. Ensuring safety standards and regulations are met or exceeded
18. Collaborating closely with the service reception team for efficient workflow
19. Supporting fellow Technicians with training and guidance
Candidate specifications for the Vehicle Technician role:
20. NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent qualification
21. Strong knowledge of vehicle safety standards
22. Excellent problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
23. Proven ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
24. Valid UK driving licence
25. MOT licence beneficial but not essential; must be willing to obtain if not already held
26. Enthusiastic team player with a customer-focused approach
