The Job:
* The Project Manager Will Be Responsible For The Successful Delivery Of Commercial Security Projects Across The UK And Occasionally Europe.
* You Will Oversee Projects From Initial Client Enquiry Through To Completion And Sign-Off, Ensuring Works Are Delivered On Time, Within Budget And Fully Compliant With Health & Safety Regulations.
* This Role Will Require National Travel, With The Expectation Of Being In The Office Approximately Half A Day Per Week, While Also Having The Flexibility To Work From Home. There May Be Occasional Overnight Stays Or Short Periods Working Away.
* The Ideal Candidate Will Have Previously Been “On The Tools”, With A Strong Technical Understanding Of CCTV, Access Control And Intruder Systems, And A Solid Knowledge Of Health & Safety And Compliance Procedures.
Duties:
* Manage Projects From Initial Request And Quotation Stage Through To Installation And Client Sign-Off
* Oversee Direct Engineers And Sub-Contractors On Site
* Manage Weekly Installation Schedules And Labour Allocation
* Run Multiple Projects Simultaneously Across The UK
* Deliver A Range Of Commercial Security Installations Including CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms, Gates & Barriers
* Ensure Completion Of Commissioning Paperwork, RAMS And Project Documentation
* Work Closely With Office Staff Who Produce Quotes, P&L Documentation And Purchase Orders Via Field Motion
* Manage Equipment Ordering And Ensure Materials Are On Site As Required
* Lead Toolbox Talks And Maintain High PPE Standards
* Ensure Full Compliance With The Health & Safety At Work Act 1974
* Conduct Client Meetings And Provide Professional Project Updates
* Maintain High Levels Of Customer Satisfaction Throughout Project Lifecycle
