We are looking for a Female Waking Night Support Workers to join our growing team in Morpeth, Northumberland.
Experience is not essential as we will provide you with support and training to become a confident Support Worker. We are looking for people who are naturally caring and compassionate.

Responsibilities
* Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live the best life possible as a waking night support worker.
* Remaining awake throughout the night to support individuals as required.
* Following a role tailored to the needs of the person(s) you support, promoting flexible services that meet individual needs and seek the best way of doing things.
* Assisting with taking medication.
* Monitoring people we support due to medical needs, such as seizures.
* Providing support during the night when the people you are supporting are awake and may be struggling to return to sleep.
* Supporting with personal care.
* Updating files such as finance logs and support plans.
* Carrying out general household tasks, such as cleaning, washing and ironing.
* Performing security checks, including fire checks.

* Salary: £12.60 per hour plus 10% waking nights uplift
* Working hours: Full time and part time hours available
* Generous holidays: 33 days of annual leave (including eight days statutory bank holidays)
* Pay incentives: 10% overtime allowance, 20% Bank Holiday allowance, 50% for key dates over Christmas
* Training & development: Fully funded Level 2 Diploma in Health & Social Care
