In central Crawley, this lovely nursery are looking for an experienced and passionate Level 3 or above qualified Nursery Practitioner to join the team in growing and developing their nursery. Working a 40 Hr Week with salary c£29k depending on experience, with lots of great benefits and opportunities future progression with this growing provider.

Essential for the Nursery Practitioner role
Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
Experience in a nursery or early years setting
Knowledge of child development, EYFS, and safeguarding
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
Ensure compliance with Ofsted requirements
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
