Your new role
As a passionate and adept individual, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of support tasks. Providing excellent servicing to both internal and external stakeholders, you will contribute to improving the operation's productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide confidential executive support to senior finance leadership, including diary/email management, correspondence handling, and report preparation.
2. Manage signing processes forpany accounts and serve as main liaison with auditors.
3. Support finance-related projects and initiatives to improve operations and customer service.
4. Act as primary contact for boardmunications; prepare agendas, coordinate papers, and provide minute-taking services for board andmittee meetings.
5. Deliverernance platform training and maintainpliance records for board members, ensuring data accuracy.
6. Coordinate financemittee operations, including agenda planning, reporting, and regulatory alignment.
7. Liaise with lenders and regulatory bodies; prepare funding documentation and coordinate valuation data.
8. Administer payment systems andpliance processes; act as system administrator for financial platforms.
9. Provide quarterly financial analysis on ie and credit card usage; manage business accounts and resolve related issues.
10. Ensure adherence to health and safety, equality and diversity, and data protection policies.
