What does this Care Professional job involve? Hours of Work:0 Hour Contract - Hours Available Between 07:00 - 21:00 In this role, you will support clients in their own homes with a range of daily activities to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Duties include: • Assisting with personal care • Preparing meals and drinks • Supporting with medication • Helping with light household tasks • Providing companionship. • Support clients with outings and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and independence. • Safeguarding clients from harm, monitoring any changes in their health or needs, and communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and responsive support. • Follow individual care plans carefully while delivering care that is respectful, person-centred, and tailored to each individual’s preferences and routines.
