What does this Care Professional job involve? Hours of Work:0 Hour Contract - Hours Available Between 07:00 - 21:00 In this role, you will support clients in their own homes with a range of daily activities to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Duties include: • Assisting with personal care • Preparing meals and drinks • Supporting with medication • Helping with light household tasks • Providing companionship. • Support clients with outings and meaningful activities that promote wellbeing, confidence, and independence. • Safeguarding clients from harm, monitoring any changes in their health or needs, and communicating effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and responsive support. • Follow individual care plans carefully while delivering care that is respectful, person-centred, and tailored to each individual’s preferences and routines. We want our clients to look forward to and enjoy the visits we provide, and our care professionals play an important role in making a positive difference in people’s lives every day. This includes recognising each person’s strengths, encouraging independence wherever possible, and supporting them to continue living comfortably in their own homes while enjoying their hobbies, interests, and social connections. Your support will help promote dignity, choice, wellbeing, and a genuine sense of reassurance for both clients and their families.
