Experience / Qualifications:
- Previous experience working as an administrator for Air Hygiene and Duct company
- Clear and straight forward communication skill - able to liaise with internal and external contacts
- Educated in using IT software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Punctual and consistent/reliable
- Highly organised - able to plan works for engineers on a national scale
- People management skills
- Knowledge of Air Hygiene and duct work jobs like Kitchen extract cleans, bacteriological sampling, cleaning and disinfection ductwork and air handling unit maintenances.
The Role:
- Contact and answer queries from clients, while maintaining strong working relationships via telephone and email
- Proofreading reports from engineers to send/forward to clients
- Update company records with sample results and project progress
- Correspond and support other administrator team members
- Advise clients on results
- Proceeding with invoices, timesheets and paperwork
- Assist managers and engineers with day to day duties like managing projects
