We are working on behalf of a well-established and growing organisation based in Manchester, currently seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and thrives on keeping operations running smoothly.
Office Administrator Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and filing
* Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
* Support various departments with administrative and operational needs
* Maintain office supplies and ensure equipment is in working order
* Assist with meeting coordination, diary management, and travel arrangements
* Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
* Manage incoming and outgoing product samples
* Coordinate parcel shipments and ensure timely sample deliveries
* Research market trends and competitor products
* Produce detailed reports and presentations as required
* Organise travel and provide diary management support for senior team members
Office Administrator Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* A proactive approach and a positive attitude
