We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Assistant (HCA) to join the Endoscopy team within the NHS. This is an excellent opportunity to support vital procedures and contribute to patient care in a busy clinical environment.
Responsibilities
* Provide patient support and reassurance before, during, and after procedures.
* Prepare clinical areas and equipment for each list/clinic.
* Ensure infection control and safety standards are maintained at all times.
* Work collaboratively with the wider multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant within endoscopy or similar clinical settings.
* Ability to manage a caseload of up to 24 patients per list/clinic.
* Flexibility to support three lists/clinics per day.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
