**Job Title: Graduate Mathematics Educator (Primary Education)**

Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary: £90 - £110 a day
Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and friendly Graduate Mathematics Educator who has a strong foundation in mathematics and a desire to inspire young learners. In this entry-level position, you will work closely with teachers to support the delivery of the mathematics curriculum, engage students in hands-on learning experiences, and help build their confidence in math.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging mathematics lessons that align with the National Curriculum.
- Support students in small groups or one-on-one settings to reinforce mathematical concepts and skills.
- Encourage a positive attitude towards mathematics and promote problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Create interactive and stimulating educational resources to enhance students' understanding of mathematics.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers regarding individual learning needs and achievements.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote a positive learning environment and foster community involvement.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field (education or childhood studies preferred).
- A strong understanding of primary mathematics curriculum and teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ability to foster a supportive and engaging classroom environment.
- Creative approach to teaching and assessing student learning.
- Previous experience working with children, either in a tutoring or educational setting, is a plus but not required.
