Service Advisor Required in Walton on Thames for Franchised Car Dealership
1. Pay: £30k Basic - with £40k OTE
2. Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with Saturday mornings on a rota basis

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established franchised car dealership group for a talented Service Advisor to join their friendly and professional team. Duties:
11. Greet customers professionally and provide excellent customer service
12. Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately identify customer requirements
13. Prepare quotes and advise customers on necessary repairs and service work
14. Liaise with workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work
15. Manage and process service schedules efficiently
16. Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
17. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
Requirements:
18. Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade
19. Strong customer service and communication skills
20. Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle DMS is preferred but not essential
21. Organised with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
22. Professional attitude with a focus on delivering high standards
23. Full valid UK driving licence
