Role Summary

The Assistant Practitioner will work as part of a team, delivering health and social care that focuses on the direct needs of service users. They will work autonomously within the clearly defined boundaries of their Assistant Practitioner role and carry out specific clinical tasks and responsibilities that may cross professional demarcations of care and therapy.

We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated, and adaptable people who are committed to providing the highest standards of care for our patients.

The Endoscopy Unit currently has five procedure rooms in Exeter and delivers a range of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures in the specialties of Gastrointestinal medicine and surgery, colo-rectal surgery, respiratory medicine, and urology.

Successful applicants will be supported by our team leaders with a programme of training and external courses.
