What Youll Be Doing Lead software development using C# and .NET, with a strong preference for full-stack JavaScript experience
Build and maintain high-quality, secure software solutions in a fully onshore setting
Work in an agile, collaborative team focused on delivery-not client demands
Help define technical standards and contribute to the growth of an expanding engineering team
Enjoy a hybrid setup with only 8 in-office days per month, giving you flexibility and balance
What Youll Bring Strong, hands-on experience with C# and .NET frameworks
Solid understanding of JavaScript, with full-stack capability preferred
A track record of delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions
Familiarity with agile methodologies and engineering best practices
A proactive mindset, capable of working both independently and as part of a team
Bonus Points If You Have Experience with cloud services, DevOps tooling, or containerisation
Exposure to public sector or national-scale systems
Interest in mentoring others or contributing to technical leadership
Passion for continuous learning and self-development
