Job title: Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel du Vin / Frasers Hospitality
Rate of Pay / Hours: £14.60ph including Tronc / 20+ Hours per week
Contract: Permanent / 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
* Be the face of the restaurant and bar within the hotel, help control the flow, and communicate with the kitchen and management team to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for guests.
* Work a range of shifts and days; flexibility is required as we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.
* Ensure high standards of guest service and support the team in delivering celebrity service.
* Support training and career development opportunities available within the brand.
Qualifications
* Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar environment; ability to work with the kitchen and management teams.
