This position will act as a consultant to user interface-related projects, at times providing technical guidance and process expertise on speech recognition, conversational technology, and AI in the contact center. What should you have? Design Skills/Abilities: -LLMs, conversational design, directed dialogue, DTMF, chat, and voice platforms. -SSML tags, flow chart tools, data visualization & reporting tools. -Use Design standards and process. -Deeply learn clients business and business rules, and to accurately represent business logic in design artifacts. -Research market/design trends to establish & re-evaluate best practices. -Understand the importance of post-deployment analytics and design with metrics in mind. -Understand how ethical, accessibility, and legal/compliance/policy considerations impact Design effort. -Basic understanding of scripting/programming like Python. Responsabilities - Use prompt engineering, LLMs, NLU, directed dialogue, DTMF, and chat to design, develop and maintain user interfaces and other supporting documentation for clients and their self-service channels. - Work with internal customers to analyze business needs and processes; assist with performing task and workflow analysis. - Build relationships with internal customers such as project managers, developers, and product managers, as well as external customers, to determine business requirements. - Assist with usability testing and other empirical user performance activities. - Develop and maintain knowledge and awareness of standard and evolving contact center metrics and technologies.
