Used Car Sales Executive required in Stoke:
1. Basic Salary: £28,000 + Bonus
2. OTE: £50,000+ (Top Performers £60,000)
3. Working Hours: 42.5 Hour Contract, 5 Days a Week
4. Monday to Friday 10am-7pm Saturdays 10am-6pm Sundays 10am-4pm

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Executive to join a high-energy, fast-paced used car operation in Stoke. With over 100 vehicles on site at any given time; this is a great chance to step into a busy retail environment with strong customer demand and excellent earning potential.
Key Responsibilities in our Sales Executive role:
6. Welcome and guide customers through the showroom experience.
7. Understand individual customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
8. Arrange test drives and present value-added products confidently.
9. Deliver a first-class customer experience from start to finish.
10. Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For in Sales Executive?
11. Previous face-to-face sales experience (automotive or similar retail/sales environment).
12. Confident, motivated, and target-driven individual with a desire to succeed.
13. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
14. Professional, presentable, and customer-focused.
15. Strong attention to detail and team-oriented approach.
16. Full UK Driving Licence required.
17. FCA accredited or willing to undergo training.
