This includes managing bookings and enquiries, supporting recruitment and HR processes, coordinating travel and events, and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day office operations. Role Specific Responsibilities Include: Handle telephone enquiries, bookings, and payments Manage booking systems using online platforms and Microsoft Excel Monitor shared inboxes and respond to enquiries promptly Support recruitment processes, including processing applications and coordinating candidate interviews Process internal requests for complimentary matchday tickets and other experiences Arrange travel and accommodation for employees Maintain and update the events calendar Distribute and monitor employee kit Manage office supplies and stock levels Provide administrative support to the Management team, including occasionally at our Herlingshaw site Administrative Support to the Senior Leadership Team Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection and health & safety standards, undertaking training as necessary Promote inclusive practices, adapting resources to ensure equal opportunities for all Carry out other ad hoc tasks as required For further information please contact [email protected].
