Responsibilities
* Reaching set sales budgets and KPI’s
* All operational matters at store level
* Hire, coach and develop team‑members
* Be a role‑model and lead by example
* Initiate and implement Eton events at store level
* Responsible for opex at store level
* Partner with corporate outlet supervisor on maintaining correct inventory levels and identifying product needs
* Overseeing standard operating procedures and implementing efficiencies in store routines (best practices)
* Training on store operations
* Manage POS and other digital applications and systems
* Inventory management
* Obsolescence and theft
* Liaison between store and landlord
The position reports into the Head of Retail. The position starts May 1st with possible start later.
