The Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that connect product launches with measurable business outcomes in the UK market. This role supports products under the VeSync portfolio, including COSORI, Levoit, and Etekcity, and plays a central role in driving our regional marketing performance.
You will develop UK-specific marketing strategies, localise global frameworks, coordinate cross-functional execution, and ensure that all storytelling and go-to-market activities create a cohesive brand presence. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external retail partners to align messaging, product positioning, and campaign planning. This role requires someone who combines creative thinking with strong commercial awareness, ensuring that every campaign has clear business impact.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop & Execute UK Marketing Strategy: Build and implement integrated marketing strategies that ensure strong product launch performance and drive brand growth across the UK.
* Ensure Cross-Functional Integration: Align content, influencer, social, PR, creative and community teams, along with external agencies, to deliver cohesive campaigns.
* Campaign Planning & Execution: Define the campaign roadmap, manage timelines, monitor execution, identify risks, and optimise resource allocation across functions.
* Audience Segmentation & Persona Use: Work with the Insights team to apply UK-specific consumer data and persona insights in campaign targeting, messaging and content.
* Product Messaging & Storytelling: Collaborate with PMM/GTM teams to localise product narratives across digital channels, ensuring alignment with product timelines and market needs.
* Retail & Channel Partner Alignment: Work with UK retail partners and distributors to maintain consistent messaging, campaign execution and promotional alignment.
* Performance & Analytics: Track campaign metrics, analyse consumer engagement, and use insights to refine media allocation, creative performance, and messaging.
What We’re Looking For
* 7+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand management, or multi-channel campaign execution, ideally in consumer tech, lifestyle, or DTC.
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex multi-market campaigns.
* Strong track record of localising global strategies and coordinating with retail partners.
* Skilled in editorial content planning and coordinating storytelling across functions.
* Experience leveraging consumer insight research to shape campaigns and messaging.
* Strong stakeholder management abilities with focus on consistency and brand integrity.
* Analytical mindset with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEMRush, CRM platforms.
* Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
* Highly organised, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural settings.
