Job Overview
PSA Home Care Ltd is looking for a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our growing domiciliary care team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting care staff in the community, conducting spot checks, completing care assessments, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our citizens.
This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, good care knowledge, and a passion for maintaining excellent care standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments for care staff in the field
* Complete initial care assessments and review existing care plans
* Support carers with guidance, training, and performance feedback
* Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with company policies and CQC standards
* Investigate incidents, concerns, or complaints and report findings to management
* Liaise with service users, families, social workers, and healthcare professionals
* Support with onboarding new care packages and risk assessments
* Ensure accurate documentation and timely reporting of visits and observations
* Provide out-of-hours support when required
Requirements
* Previous experience in domiciliary care (Supervisor / Senior Carer level preferred)
* Strong understanding of care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and manage priorities in the community
* Good IT skills for completing reports and documentation
* Full UK Driving Licence – REQUIRED
* Access to own vehicle for work
