Painter and Decorator/Plasterer – £20.50 CIS – North West London
Van & Fuel Card Provided
We are currently looking for painter and decorators to start in NW London.
Job Details:
1. Pay Rate: £20.50 per hour (CIS)
2. Location: North West London and surrounding areas
3. Start Date: ASAP
4. Contract Type: Ongoing
5. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
6. Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided
Responsibilities:
7. Painting and decorating
8. Plastering
9. Identify underlying issues and report where further work may be required
10. Ensure all works are completed to a high standard with minimal disruption to tenants
11. Maintain clear records of work completed using a PDA or job sheets
Requirements:
12. Proven experience in damp and mould work, preferably in social housing
13. Full UK driving licence (essential)
14. Own tools (specialist tools can be provided where necessary)
15. Valid CSCS card (preferred)
16. Strong communication skills and customer service approach
