Your new company A well-established M&E contractor with a strong track record delivering projects across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors throughout the UK & Ireland. Due to continued growth and an increasing pipeline of projects, they are now seeking to appoint a Revit / BIM Coordinator to support their expanding Pre-construction team. Your new role Working closely with both pre-construction and delivery teams, you'll play a key role in ensuring designs are accurate, coordinated, and delivered efficiently. Produce and manage Revit models and CAD drawings for MEP systems Carry out 3D MEP coordination using AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Fabrication Support BIM implementation and digital construction processes across projects Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors Review drawings and specifications for accuracy and compliance Attend and contribute to design and coordination meetings Identify and resolve clashes and spatial coordination issues Prepare documentation for coordination workshops and design reviews Maintain and manage digital project documentation Support ongoing BIM strategy and innovation initiatives Issue and track drawings via project management platforms (e.g. Procore) What you'll need to succeed Experience in an MEP / Building Services environment Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks & Fabrication for MEP Good understanding of BIM and MEP coordination Strong problem-solving, organisation, and communication skills Competent in Microsoft Office Able to work effectively in a fast-paced team Desirable: Qualification in Building Services or related field BIM certification or knowledge of ISO 19650 What you'll get in return Work within a digitally advanced BIM environment Exposure to high-profile projects Strong focus on training and professional development Collaborative and supportive team culture Competitive salary & benefits package including: Enhanced pension Private healthcare Flexible working Life cover 31 days holiday (increasing with service) What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
