* The ability to make decisions under pressure
* The F&B Operations Manager must be organised and have strong leadership and communication skills

* F&B Operations Manager for a beautiful, unique, hotel with outbuildings
* F&B Operations manager responsible of managing the day to day operation of the hotel F&B operations
* To lead front of house and back of house F&B teams
* Drive guest satisfaction and service quality standards
