The Credit Controller is responsible for minimising receivables exposure and maximising timely and accurate cash collections across our subsidiary business units. This position requires a confident self-starter with strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage customer relationships effectively while working to tight deadlines.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactive collection of overdue accounts
2. Managing and resolving invoice disputes
3. Credit checking and customer account management
4. Accurate cash allocation and customer reconciliations
5. Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
6. Minimum 2 years’ credit control experience
7. Confident communicator with excellent organisation skills
8. Strong commercial judgement and ability to work to deadlines
9. Great Plains/Navision experience desirable
