Job Description
We’re looking for a Videographer to join our Learning & Development team to create high-quality, engaging content for L&D and internal communications. This role will also support departments across the business teams and our brand partners You’ll play a key role in enhancing the digital experience for our global workforce.

* Film and edit videos for L&D, internal communications and social media.
* Add graphics, transitions, branding and motion effects to elevate content quality.
* Produce short-form content including TikToks, reels, vlogs and promos.
* Capture and edit event footage for post-event publication.
* Create supporting digital assets such as social graphics, story content and GIFs.
* Operate a range of production equipment including cameras, lighting and audio.
* Follow briefs and brand guidelines while contributing creative ideas.
* Maintain high production standards, continually improving video style and quality.
* Manage multiple projects, deadlines and post-production schedules.
* Adapt to changing requirements and work occasionally on evenings/weekends for events.
* Travel when required.
Qualifications
* Proven ability to produce high-quality video content across a range of environments.
* High competency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and the wider Adobe Suite, or with DaVinci.
* Skilled in camera operation, lighting, sound and general videography practices.
* Understanding of social media formats, tech specs, aspect ratios and trends.
* Good knowledge of capturing high-quality audio for video.
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Experience with or interest in live streaming (bonus, not essential).
* Experience with AI tools for design efficiencies.
Note: All equipment (cameras, lenses, gimbal, lighting, mics) and software licenses will be provided.
