We have been operating for over 30 years from our offices in Chelmsford, Essex. Each year we receive thousands of Awards entries from hundreds of countries across the globe. The Customer Service Advisor role is to build a good rapport with clients who have entered our property awards. The aim is to retain these clients, build their confidence in our brand and services, and ensure receipt of their entry portfolio within the deadline. This position will also involve introducing clients to our wider product range and encouraging further engagement where appropriate.
