Your responsibilities:
* Manage plant operations, overseeing production, scheduling, maintenance, and inventory control
* Drive safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives across the plant
* Develop and mentor a strong team of supervisors, technicians, and frontline employees
* Analyse production metrics and drive performance improvements through lean principles and best practices
* Collaborate with other departments to meet organisational goals
You will have:
* Experienced in operations and/or production management in a heavy manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes
* Proven ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-output production facility
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
