Calling all champions of customer delight! Join our team of Customer Delivery Operations for a 12 month - FTC. You will ensure the end-to-end service requirements of these customers are met, with the goal of increasing customer satisfaction levels, time to revenue, and improving the overall customer experience.

* Experience in multi-tasking and prioritising workload.
* Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail, resilience in data accuracy and integrity.
* Based in Sheffield.
