With a focus on unlocking efficiencies, documenting process maturity, and enabling smarter decision-making, this role is pivotal to the success of our digital transformation programme. You’ll bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery, working across systems such as ConnexOne, Dynamics 365, telecoms billing platforms, and internal workflows to surface insights and define sustainable change. Company pension scheme You’ll get involved in: Business Process Analysis & Design Conducting workshops and interviews to understand business processes, stakeholder needs, and service challenges. Mapping and documenting processes using standard modelling techniques (e.g. BPMN), highlighting inefficiencies, risks, or non-compliance. Analyse and compare current vs. target state processes, recommending improvements that drive efficiency, automation, or cost reduction. Maintenance and organisation of accessible central process library to support future reference, audit, and training. Requirements Gathering & Specification Working with stakeholders to capture and translate business needs into detailed, prioritised requirements. Development of user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria. Collaboration with Product Owners, developers, and test teams to ensure shared understanding and delivery alignment. Support business case development through quantification of potential benefits (e.g. ROI, time savings, risk mitigation). Document undefined or complex workflows and help define how these can be supported by new or enhanced systems. Change Support & Delivery Enablement Assistance in planning and delivery of transformation projects, working closely with the IT team and product stakeholders. Support of UAT planning and execution, identifying test scenarios and collating user feedback. Tracking and managing business risks and issues arising during change initiatives. Collaboration with the L&D team to update training material, process documentation, and onboarding guidance. Helping to communicate changes clearly to end-users and stakeholders, ensuring the benefits of change are understood and adopted. Monitoring early-stage delivery performance and provide feedback on process design effectiveness. Ideally, you’ll have: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments, ideally in telecoms, B2B services, or similar regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to document undefined processes and structure business needs into actionable specifications. Previous involvement in Microsoft Dynamics 365 projects or similar system migrations. Strong track record in business process design, operational testing, and stakeholder facilitation. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite, with working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Power Platform. Familiarity with Waterfall & Agile delivery methods and working within cross-functional project teams. It would be great if you have: Experience working on digital transformation programmes, BPM certifications, or Business Analyst accreditations (e.g. BCS) Who are we?
