Global Exposure is a profitable, growing digital marketing agency based in Witan Studios, central Milton Keynes. We deliver website design, SEO, and paid advertising services to SME clients across the UK. We're hiring our first dedicated outbound salesperson to drive predictable, systematic growth.
THE ROLE
As our Outbound BDE, you'll be the engine that generates new client conversations. Your day is structured around identifying SMEs running paid ads, calling them with a specific audit-style pitch, and booking discovery calls with our MD. You won't write proposals or deliver work. You sell.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build daily prospect lists of 30-50 SMEs using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Ad Library, and other tools
* Make 60-80 outbound calls per day using a defined audit-style methodology
* Hold 8-12 meaningful conversations daily with business owners and marketing decision-makers
* Book 8-12 audit calls per week into the MD's calendar
* Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene (Pipedrive or HubSpot)
* Execute multi-channel follow-up via email and LinkedIn
* Attend daily 15-minute team huddle and weekly 30-minute review with the MD
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
* 2-4 years of outbound B2B phone sales experience (SaaS, telecoms, recruitment, financial services, or media sales preferred)
* Demonstrable track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong verbal communication and confidence speaking with business owners
* High tolerance for rejection and resilience under pressure
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
* Familiarity with HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar CRM
* Background in digital marketing, recruitment, or B2B SaaS
* Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
COMPENSATION DETAIL
* £100 per audit booked that the MD attends (capped at 12 per week)
* £250 bonus per closed retainer or build project
* 10% of MRR for the first 6 months of every retainer client you source
