We are seeking community support workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in their own homes and while out in the community.
About the role:
As a community support worker you will assist with:
* household chores, personal care and medication management.
* supporting people to attend medical appointments.
* supporting people during daytime outings including shopping trips, dining out and visits to the park.
* participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Previous experience is not required as full training will be given,

* You will be able to be flexible as shifts do cover evenings and weekends.
Salary – £26,280 per annum (FTE 40 hours per week, pro rata for part time)
