We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Band 4 Nurse Associate to join our dynamic team at Beacon House, part of the Wiltshire Hospital at Home service. As a Band 4 Nurse Associate you will gain valuable hands-on experience under the direct supervision of registered practitioners, developing the practical skills, clinical knowledge, and professional attitude necessary to deliver high-quality care across a variety of healthcare settings. You will become part of a supportive, experienced, and friendly nursing team that values collaboration and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care. Our multidisciplinary team includes other Band 4 Nurse Associates as well as Band 5, Band 6, and Band 7 nursing professionals, all of whom are available to provide guidance and mentorship. You’ll also work closely with a range of primary healthcare professionals, including GPs, Community Matrons, and specialist services such as Tissue Viability, Heart Failure Nurses, and Diabetic Specialist Nurses, ensuring a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.
