Our Tameside manufacturing client requires a Health and Safety Assistant to manage all the Health and Safety processes and ensure all records are kept up to date.
The candidate should have a good understanding and experience in an industrial workplace environment and have achieved or be willing to obtain necessary Health and Safety qualifications.

* Carrying out risk assessments
* COSHH REGULATIONS
* Safety Tours and Inspections
* Personal Protective Equipment
* Fire Safety Arrangements
* Noise at Work
* Working at Height
* First Aid and Welfare Arrangements
* Safe Systems of Work/Work Instructions
* Staff Training
* Work Equipment
* Traffic and Pedestrian Segregation
* Accident and Near Miss Reporting
* Provide Health and Safety Advice
What else you need to know:
* Full-time hours Monday to Friday
